Jennifer’s a PR and media expert, with 20 years’ experience under her belt. Right now, the Working Mums Club is basically her third child. As a mum herself, helping other mums balance work and motherhood isn’t just Jennifer’s job – it’s her obsession.

A digital and marketing specialist with over 15 years experience on both the client and agency side, Steph has focused on freelance and consultancy work since having her son in 2023 to allow her to balance the needs of both her career and her family.

Sarah takes our visual brand and social media content to the next level. For the past six years she’s been designing unignorable brands and graphics while raising her three children. It’s the ultimate juggle, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Claire keeps TWMC running like clockwork. As a mum of two teenagers, she’s more than earned her stripes. Claire knows what it’s like trying to balance work and family life, and is super passionate about what we’re building.

Since overcoming postnatal PTSD, Lisa works exclusively with female-led businesses. She knows just how bloody hard mumming can be, so her work is all about supporting other mums to feel strong and confident when they’re ready to return to work.

Rose has been building brands and communities for the last 13 years. She’s a mum of two, and her mission is to make sure everyone in our community can be the best version of themselves, whatever season of motherhood they’re in.

My career spans 18 years, during which I have cultivated diverse experience across the early years sector. This extensive tenure is marked by consistently high standards, reflected in the achievement of three outstanding Ofsted grades throughout my career.

Cameron, inspired by growing up as the oldest child, followed a career in childcare – ‘I love supporting children’s development and helping them feel safe, nurtured, and confident as they explore the world around them.’
