Classroom

We will be creating a multi use classroom where we will host a variety of activities – art, dancing, music to name a few. It will also be our space for workshops and classes for mums.

In partnership with leading childcare development experts, we’ve created the TWMC Play Plan to help promote happiness, independence, and confidence in every child. Our philosophy is simple: children learn best through play, exploration, and following their natural curiosity.

Our Play Plan revolves around six key pillars:

We’re designing the TWMC Play Plan around six key pillars:

Child-Led Learning - Tailored to your child’s interests, encouraging natural development without rigid schedules.

Montessori-Inspired Approach - Focusing on real materials and practical life skills, with respect for each child's individuality.

Open-Ended Play - Choosing creative play experiences like building blocks and arts over conventional toys.

Nature and Movement - Ensuring access to the local playground for sensory experiences and physical activity.

Emotional Intelligence - Supporting children in understanding their feelings, building resilience, and nurturing self-confidence.

Independence Building - Providing opportunities for your child to make decisions, solve problems, and develop their capabilities.

We know the drill. You serve up a meal full of vegetable-y goodness, and it gets tossed angrily to the ground. You serve up plain pasta, and it’s gone in a flash.

But at nursery, everything’s different. Your little one guzzles bowls of hearty tagine and asks for more. So we’re on a mission to make those daytime meals really count by serving fresh, healthy meals that actually get eaten.

You can expect:

Balanced Nutrition - Proteins, vegetables, wholegrains, and yes, some treats.

Family-Style Eating - Children sit together, try new foods and learn social eating habits.

Accommodations for Allergies and Dietary Requirements - We cater to the unique needs of every family.

Cultural Diversity - Exposing children to different foods and flavours.

We’ll encourage but never pressure your child to eat their lunch. And if they don’t enjoy it, we’ll tell you!

Childcare and Nursery

What are your opening hours?

We’re open 8 am-6 pm, 52 weeks a year. No school holiday closures here, except for Christmas and New Year. Extended hours (7am drop off and 7pm pick up) are available for an additional fee.

What ages do you accept?

Our nursery is for children aged 0-5 years. We have two rooms: one for under-2s and one for 2+ years. Each room accommodates up to 9 children.

What are your staff-child ratios?

We maintain staff-child ratios in line with Ofsted regulations: 1:3 for under-2s, 1:5 for 2-3s, and 1:8 for children over 3.

How do I book childcare?

Full-time and part-time memberships will guarantee your place. Flex sessions can be booked through our website up to 48 hours in advance.

Do you provide nappies and other supplies?

Yes, we provide nappies, wipes, sun cream, and basic supplies. You just need to bring spare clothes, a water bottle, and any comfort items your child might need.

What about meals and snacks?

Meals are included in our childcare service. We provide balanced, nutritious food and ensure your child experiences a variety of tastes and textures.

How do you handle different nap schedules?

We respect each child’s nap routine and have a dedicated napping area. We will work with you to ensure consistency between home and nursery routines.

What happens if my child is poorly?

If your child becomes unwell, we will contact you immediately so you can be with them quickly.

Do you do daily updates/photos?

We keep you informed about how their day went, but we don't bombard you with constant notifications. We'd rather our staff spend time with the children than taking photos of them every five minutes.

What childcare philosophy do you follow?

We’ve created the TWMC Play Plan, which follows a Montessori-inspired approach with a focus on play-based learning and real engagement with each child. Our goal is to help both you and your child thrive in our hybrid nursery coworking environment.
